Chocolate Banana Bread
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas 
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs 
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips 
Preparation Steps:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
3. Add melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bananas. Mix well.
4. Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle some extra chocolate chips on top.
7. Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
