Ingredients:

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- Whipped cream for topping
- Fresh strawberries and banana slices for garnish

Preparation Steps:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract, and mix well.
4. Beat in the mashed bananas and eggs until everything is well combined.
5. Gently fold in the sliced strawberries and pour the mixture over the prepared crust.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes or until the cheesecake is set in the center.
7. Once done, let the cheesecake cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
8. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream, fresh strawberry and banana slices.
